CAN I PROGRAM KL520 EVALUATION BOARD USING KEIL C UVISION

Im having KL 520 evaluation board but I dont know if i can program and write to Board`SPI FLASH (I have JLINK JTAG Board as well) if it can would you please give me a brief introduction about how it work.
