Appointments Follow Breakthrough KL1140 Chip Launch and Rapid Expansion of Edge AI Ecosystem

Ms. Feng brings over 20 years of experience in finance and corporate development, spanning multiple industries, including investment banking, healthcare, industrial, and technology.As a seasoned financial executive, she has executed more than 35 M&A and financing transactions totaling approximately $45 billion, and has served as CFO for both large enterprises and agile start-ups. Notably, Ms. Feng played a key role in transforming Lunaphore from a pre-commercial start-up into a high-growth company, raising a successful round of financing and leading its strategic exit at a significant premium to market valuation.

In November, the company launched its KL1140 chip, the first NPU capable of running full Mamba networks at the edge, delivering up to 3X greater energy efficiency and a 10X reduction in cost compared to cloud-based solutions. Independent benchmarking by UC Berkeley confirmed Kneron as the first edge processor to break the efficiency barrier.
