I want to get an in/output bin file to use for performance comparison between onnx model and compiled nef model.
I looked up the document, but it doesn't seem to have any information about the work I want.
Could you elaborate on how to get an in/output binary file?

Sorry, I didn't understand the question. Could you elaborate on what an "input/output binary file" is when you compare the performance between models?
You could use IP Evaluator to check your nef model's performance: Script Tools - Document Center (kneron.com)
For onnx model's performance, you could check it by using an official onnx tool.
If you'd like to check the accuracy for your onnx model and nef model, you could use E2E Simulator:
