About the environment of AI dongle KL520
We can successfully run the example codes on Raspberry Pi and Linux amd64 with KL520, but we encounter the problem when we try to setup the environment on Windows 10.
There is a clear installation in http://doc.kneron.com/docs/#toolchain/manual_520/, but it needs WSL or VM to build the environment. For some reason, it is difficult for our company to use WSL and VM on Windows 10.
(`docker pull kneron/toolchain:520 ` is not compatible with Windows 10)
Is it possible to setup the environment on Windows 10 without WSL or VM? If yes, is there a instruction that we can follow?

We docker need base linux, so must use WSL and VM on Windows 10.
