How to rotate UI and Video image in 90 or 270 degree in KL730

Because the lcd panel only supports in portrait mode, I would like to rotate the image or video using the available API.

I've found that ISP module has rotation option, so I've tried using the API: VMF_ISP_Init , VMF_ISP_SetOption, VMF_ISP_Process. But the VMF_ISP_STATES_T.bFrameDone is always 0.

Meanwhile, Resize API works with no problem.

Is there any API that supports rotation in standalone way like independent of active video streaming?
