Hi shao-xuan lin, It seems that you need to update firmware again because your plus version is 1.2.1. Firmware can be found in ${PLUS_FOLDER}/res/firmware/KL720/, not in DFUT files. You can use DFUT to update firmware and retry it. Thanks.

Hi Evgeny Kondratiev, KneronDFUT-Ubuntu is only supported on Ubuntu 18.04 currently. It may be not supported on 20.04 because of the compatibility of the OS. We recommend you use Ubuntu 18.04. Sorry for the inconvenience.
